Dear Mr. Pearce,

As requested during our meeting on December 8, 2009, this letter provides notice and documentation of new ownership details at Wildstone. 1501534 Alberta Inc. has recently purchased the Black Knight Golf Course (including the clubhouse area and practice facility) and the Penley Greens (Pod ‘C’) property at Wildstone, in Cranbrook, BC. 1501534 Alberta Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coast To Coast Development Corp. A letter from our lawyer and the pertinent land title documents are attached for your reference.

We are currently developing the details of our strategic plan for these properties which includes completing the Golf Course as soon as practical in 2010. This should allow for our grand opening in the spring of 2011. As practical, we plan to complete the course according to the current designed Gary Player standard.

As avid golfers ourselves and fans of the Cranbrook – Kimberly – Kootenay Rocky Mountain region we are looking forward to working with the community and the other property owners at Wildstone to add value to the magnificently situated golf course and property development.
Thank you again for your time spent meeting with us in early December. With your support we are committed to working together with the City of Cranbrook to see the Black Knight Golf course come to fruition.
